About Greensboro Bat Removal

Welcome to greensborobat.com. We are the only qualified bat removal company in Greensboro, North Carolina. We think that when you hire a professional animal removal company such as ourselves to deal with your bat problem, then you have the right to have certain expectations of the service you will receive. From the very first call you make to our team, we are proud of dealing with you in a friendly, understanding and compassionate way, and will take time to talk through your situation and reassure you that we will resolve your bat issue. Our technician will be with you within 24 hours, or at a time that works with your schedule, and they have all the training and equipment needed to be able to do the work efficiently and safely. Our technicians will find all of the small gaps and holes the bats are using to get in and out of the property, and will then seal most of these, using exclusion netting over the last two or three holes that lets them out, but will then stop the bats from getting back in. However, even once they have been excluded, we also have to deal with the bat guano remaining, so we can also offer a safe cleaning service that will remove these potentially harmful droppings. If you have soft insulation that has been soiled, we can also replace this if necessary, and provide repairs if they are needed. You shouldn't have to be anxious if you find a bat infestation in your property, and we are always here to help you for any pest animal problems.  We operate 24-7-365, so don't hesitate to call us at 336-690-5477 to discuss your bat problem and schedule a fast appointment.

Residential

We are experts at removing bats from residential properties. Whether you have a single bat trapped in your house, a colony roosting in your attic, and/or various other problems, there is no need to worry! During our removal process, we make sure to inspect your entire home carefully, tracking down all the entrypoints bats are using to invade your place. Next, we perform a process called live exclusion (where no bats are harmed and all exit your property), then seal all entry holes completely shut. We also take care of the cleanup process after, so your home is safe and clean!

Commercial

Besides residential areas, we also have a wealth of experience removing bats from commercial properties! We begin by investigating the area for possible bat entrances, covering holes even as small as 1/4 of an inch. Through our live exclusion process, bats leave the building through one-way exits, and we seal up every hole afterward. Once the bats have been removed, we perform a cleanup process. This includes dealing with guano, replacing damaged insulation, and decontaminating the place.

What Our Customers Say

Getting Rid of Bats with Light or Sound Machines

The idea behind light and sound machines for animal deterrence is simple. By creating light and sound where the animal resides, you make it harder for them to get comfortable and you make them feel unsafe, unwelcome.

With bats, it should make more sense. As nocturnal animals, they do not want to be out during the day. They want to stay somewhere dark, and light at all times is going to make it difficult for them. Sound can annoy them just as much, too.

It all sounds good, but do these machines actually work? If you have a bat problem in your attic, should you use these machines in an attempt to remove them?

The Reality of Light and Sound Machines

On paper, these machines seem great. You would think they would work, especially for a bat problem. That is not going to happen.

These machines do not deter or remove bats at any point. Yes, it makes their home somewhat more annoying, but they are not going to leave due to it. If they found a place where they can rest, somewhere safe and near everything they need, they have no reason to leave.

Annoying them is not going to force them to give up safety and a close proximity to food and water. It is unlikely to do anything to them.

It may make sense to you for them to work, but bats do not care. It is not a deterrence in any way. You will have to find a different solution if you want to remove the bats from your property.

Removing the Bats

There are other methods of removing bats. One of the most popular is exclusion traps. Exclusion traps and funnels keep the bats out period.

When they leave the property, they will not have a way to reenter. When they want to enter the property at all, there is no access point. It saves you from dealing with this situation at all.

It is a highly effective method that professionals and homeowners use often. It can remove the bats without making it a hassle for you and without getting your hopes up.

Light and sound machines may work on paper, but they do not work in reality. They are not an effective tool of removing or deterring bats from your property. If you want to remove them, there are better options out there, including exclusion methods.
